Percel Inc. is a privately held, medium sized, family oriented and boutique styled professional condominium management company that operates throughout the GTA and is now branching out into the Durham and Huronia Regions of Ontario. At Percel we believe in being proactive not reactive.
 As Condominium Property Management is our only business, we must constantly pursue the highest levels of performance in our daily duties. Only when our clients are satisfied do we know we have succeeded.
After 33 years of successful sevice in the Greater Toronto Area, we believe that our continued success is dependent on our maintainance of existing relationships with our Boards, owners, and employees while we strive to build new partnerships in the ever expanding Ontario Condominium market. We are the first management company in Ontario to become ACMO 2000 CERTIFIED under the new 2006 regulations and are Corporate members of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and the Canadian Condominium Institute.
